How easy you can put them above words or blocks? I was thinking about the same, but with my little knowledge of coding, I could not think of a way to make it easily editable, for example by someone with the editor seat who works on a copy

It’d be possible to put them above pretty much anything! Only thing is it’s not aware of collisions. If the window is scrolled all the way up, the tooltip won’t automatically go below the target
