It's like normcore for personal websites. The clean minimalism works nicely on its own but isn't successful at standing out among all the other sites using this template/layout. Maybe it's a flex that their work history speaks for itself, so the website doesn't have to.

Ah, so kind. Thank you 🤗. It's tough when the work isn't public facing. Have a couple of ideas for making things more visual, as I'm looking for a new role in the new year.

totally agree (and same i love linear)! one of the common threads i found across a lot of these designers/engineers is the fact that they worked at linear/vercel (except for sfcompute which is...a company itself haha)
