When I was in a hiring role… honestly would have been delighted to see that. Like show me how you make the mundane stuff delightful and care about consistency at the micro-component level. Big case studies are such glossy, faux-linear, versions of the design process anyway (IMO)

I see portfolios talk about a super interesting feature or a massive problem they solved. All of that is great! Kudos to y'all doing those things. But what if I wrote a full case study about "too minuscule to matter" and talk about the hidden-in-plain-sight components?

This was all the validation I required some how, it’s cooking and hope fully your up to see that draft in place?
