Maybe there are titles/subtext for every block/project or maybe the text at the top changes based on hover/tap?

I like the simplicity! But the pictures don’t tell me what the work is, what your role was, nor do they seem clickable. You could consider updating the images to say more, or making short videos/gifs that show a user flow or maybe adding a title/caption?

Yeah, these are team efforts and I want a space to describe and add credit to others. Leaning towards adding some project titles underneath that expand and scroll along with each project.
