Just switched from Jellyfin → Plex! This is awesome, will check it out. 

I have a massive library (~12k tracks) and have been increasingly disappointed with the mac Music app.

Why would I use this if I have Spotify, heck Apple music.

You probably wouldn’t. But there are lots of people using Plex for their music library instead, and this is for them 👌

It's for people who own their own library of music e.g. MP3 files.

I’ve wanted to design and build my own music app for years, and these past couple of weeks I finally found some time to do it.

So today I launched https://chromatix.app for Plex!

It’s still super rough and probably has tons of bugs, but I’m excited to have it out in the wild!
