I use picture-in-picture (PIP) a bunch to watch a video while doing something else on my computer. 🧵Here's a quick comparison between PIP players in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari to air out my gripes:

Chrome's PIP is probably the worst experience of them all. It's not built into Chrome so you need to download an (official) extension just to use it.

It's also missing all the typically player controls like a progress bar, volume, and fast forward/rewind. It also has it's close action placement on the right side which makes sense for Windows, but macOS places close actions on the left.

Safari is second and almost just as bad as Chrome's but it comes bundled so no extension required.
