Jon-Kyle Mohr (@jondashkyle) just released the beta for Cycle Marks, "simple bookmarks with rhythm." As he says, "With CycleMarks, you set the drip-rate for content you want to check in on.” Been using for a few months & highly recommend: cyclemarks.com
And as a dedicated Obsidian user I appreciate how you keep conversation going about that tool!
I keep it simple. I wait for the Obsidian team to sherlock stuff (e.g., no Dataview because I know a “native” version using Properties is coming). The only unusual community plugin I use is Journal Review, which allows me to see old daily notes.
I use it to save & see everything without an RSS feed. For example, I see friends' Instagram accounts every 7–10 days; literary quarterlies' websites every 7–10 weeks; and design studios' portfolio pages every 7–10 months.
