I’m just grateful I have a spot in this community and I’ve made a small career. The best part of my job is having met so many wonderful people. Many of which I haven’t met in person. But I’m grateful for the lessons and connections to people.

I love it when people say it's exactly what they wanted and it works like magic.

That feeling of relief after a project is very satisfying. Is a part of that for you knowing what something you're making is for? For myself I've simply noticed I'm 10x more motivated doing a project that furthers a cause I believe in. I think it's a powerful thing.

The thing that drives me most is going from having an idea in my head to this living, breathing thing that people are interacting with. Never losing that feeling is *very* important to me

Hello to the posts community! I've been a bit shy about posting ideas on social media but saw this as the perfect opportunity to try it. I'm interested in helping people find more meaning and fulfillment in their work. Could you share what makes your work important to you?

As I'm starting out right now, I'm starting to feel the exact same thing. Is a part of that feeling the impact of that interaction? For me, I love to see it when I know what every interaction is building towards. Something a bit bigger than myself. It becomes a communal effort.
