I would say Jira. As a designer, I like their aesthetic. As a user, I like the simplicity of certain features.

What’s your favorite SaaS tool you’ve come across recently?

Love Jira! I was basically given the software and told the figure it out when i started working at Uber. 

I didn’t appreciate Jira until i was a PM at Walgreens who uses Azure lol nightmare lol
