The bureaucratic corporate world’s greatest sin is the idea of a one-hour meeting. 

Frankly, these meetings should never extend beyond 15 minutes.

This trend of animated websites from top to bottom is bad #design. 

If you need a ton of animation to convey your message, you are doing it wrong.

Focus groups are irrelevant. If your design effort relies on focus groups, you are designing by committee.

AI won't fix our society's structural problems because technological advancement often does not align with social order.

Stop talking about your processes. 
Creative problem solving is not a linear flow. 
Designers should be guided by principles not processes.
Iterations need to occur on a regular basis.
The main focus is your user. 
Learn how to understand them.

Does anyone know where the idea came from that Ego means being mean, evil, bad, and not nice? I see a lot of talk about design without Ego which feels like corporate jargon bullshit. Ego is essential for creativity.

I was surprised to discover that designers are creating reaction videos. Now, I can’t wait for videos where designers react to others' designers reactions. This will indeed add another layer of engagement, insight and of course priceless value.
