When someone feels safe enough to utter a silly idea - that's often when the magic happens.

I've seen this play out countless times:
- Someone cracks a joke
- Another person builds on it
- Suddenly we're looking at the problem differently
- The pressure drops
- More ideas flow

Where do these conversations usually happen? Any good design Spaces on Twitter?

I was talking about our design and product meetings specifically here. Maybe this translates into digital spaces but I kind of suspect not, it’s hard to detect tone. I don’t know about Twitter man it’s crazy over there.
