Honestly… for a beginner you should try for in person roles. You’ll learn a lot more that you’ll miss out on in a remote role.

If you find a remote role more power to you! Other ways to learn… there are just lots of conversations that happen where it’s impossible to be a fly on the wall or witness (good and bad) in the remote setting.
