Thoughts? Working on an e-commerce app for cosmetics

In my opinion, it is a confusion whether to select for you, new in today etc. It does not interest. It would be better if we had contents of ‘for you’ section directly on this screen, and having ‘explore’ as navigation item inside which we can show new, trending, top brands etc.

So more like just showing the only products in the “for you” on the homepage then all the other categories can be inside the explore section

Yes. The design is very nice and you can continue with it. But it was just my opinion because the user at times does not know what to purchase exactly and directly showing them the items can really help.
