It feels "unfinished" because those round forms look similar to the default CSS rules browsers apply when no other styling is present.

I'm more disturbed by other things in this form to mind the roundness; buttons being separated with a text line like that just look off - I'd rather leave it out completely, or make the "create an account" a part of the text line.

Yes it definitely could but it was just an example of fully rounded inputs... What i meant 🙂

I don't know you, but I am not into rounded inputs...for important information. Is like they miss some formality or something, too playful. They also give me this perception of feeling out of place.

Despite rounded buttons are more clickable if rounded.

I think it depends on use case and glad you pointed it out. depends on how this step plays into the overall feel of the website + people in the comments also made lots of good points. This example def could benefit from some spacing + visual hierarchy + type is inconsistent too
