So can we chat about non-design stuff here? Actually, I guess I need a new ACL designed for my knee. Have you had a reconstruction done? If so, which graft type did you go with?

My partner had an MLKI with ACL, MCL, and PCL last year and then a revision. For ACL autograft the second surgeon, top in his field, suggested the quad graft. Pattelar tendon is also an option but for active, athletic individuals it’ll possibly present more stiffness.

Sorry your partner had to go through that, hope they’re doing well now! Quad graft is currently top of my list as it seems to be as strong as patellar but without the ongoing anterior knee pain. Thanks!
