Having designers and developers won't do shit without good leadership and political will to do something. Even then it probably wouldnt matter with Texas' current political slant (lol). CenterPoint Energy is a private company and the electricity industry was deregulated in 1999.

At least, that's my read on things. Not sure how just having more designers or developers helps when the problem is that government is being obstructed and is generally failing.

100% agree with you. My point is that creative and design thinkers are grossly needed in the public sector to steer and or guide civic leadership. Not an easy task by any means.
