So you select text, ctrl click and inspect element.. Safari will open its Web Inspector tool . Click Styles, Computed, and the Show All checkbox. Expand Properties to find the font-family name of the element text selected earlier.

Thank you both! Jedmund is correct. With the introduction of Profiles in the next MacOS, this easy font identification tool and the easy copy-URL shortcut are the last things that could conceivably keep me on Arc, so I’m exploring ..
