Extreme niche post: if you have had the MSG martini at Bonnie’s in NYC don’t get the MSG martini at Earnest in SF and expect the same experience. Is this a safe space for this post??

It is my dream cocktail. Like the most savory dirty martini that’s still clear and not murky from brine. When I saw it at Earnest I was PUMPED but it was pretty sweet and peachy and most of the MSG was in a soaked apricot they threw in there
