Feeling like a genius because I am shifting my design assistant’s schedule to 3 days a week 12-5 instead of 2 days a week 9:30-5. I get mornings to exercise or do admin catch-up and she doesn’t have to worry about having no time for her other commitments on days she’s with me.

I don't have a design assistant yet, but there are times when I really need one, especially for certain projects. There are a lot of things that can decrease my efficiency when trying to manage a project, particularly time spent on things I don't want to be doing
