These last few lines and the principles outlined in this piece resonate so strongly with my own experiences. My career has undoubtedly been more of a galaxy of solar systems than a linear ladder to climb.

I’ve asked myself: what skills can I develop, what experiences would be interesting/different, what relationships do I want to foster, why does this matter (…does it even matter?)?
