Do it longer, around 20, days and your body will thank you. Coffee is a drug, your body is asking for it, just teach it you won't take it. Haven't touched it for 2 years... Great decision.

I’ve done this once before in my life. I stayed on a sailboat for a week and didn’t have coffee, and I did feel better after the couple of sluggish days. Because I have a job, perhaps I should be intelligent about this and wean off slowly. It was too jarring yesterday.
To be frank, a week is not enough, your need around 20 - 30 days...and maybe you should do it slowly...
