Brewed with a V60 after x months of not using it. Missed the sound of a Comandante and the joy of seeing the bloom

What’s your best recipe recommendation? I started using a 2-cup one a couple of months ago.

I'll suggest watching James Hoffman's v60 guide if you haven't yet! If you're lucky, some roasters also recommend a certain recipe on the beans you bought. Onyx coffee is good on this

James Hoffman is for sure a go-to for coffee brewing tips. There must be other good ppl, but he hasn’t failed me yet. And he’s got the hair and sweaters.
