great question!
my pattern on arena is very visual-first && i find the dark theme is overall easier on my eyes.
i can still peek the metadata without much problem.
i’ve never actually spent time reading text-only posts, would love to know how you’re using it/what you're reading.

I rarely use Arena, but I think the designers behind it are attempting to be artistic by implementing a 100% black background with white text. However, this design choice may strain people's eyes

a theme switcher/toggle is always an option.
(this example happens to be buttery-smooth + fun to interact with, but any theme-switcher will do)

I'm working on a blog dedicated to developers and designers, where I will be posting long-form content. I'm contemplating whether to use a 100% black theme, as tech individuals often appreciate it. Am I making the right choice?
