Business owners: have you ever wanted to simplify, reduce, do less in your business, even if that mean a cut in revenue?

not a business owner, but reminds me of the core of a book called company of one: that when you get better at what you do you can drastically simplify your business by becoming more exclusive/expensive and even potentially increasing revenue
The Paul Jarvis book? I started reading it a couple weeks ago, but dropped it at 1/3 because the guy kept repeating himself 🥲 That's good advice, tho, but not applicable to my case — a subscription blog with no paywall
Ahhh I see. Again, I'm not a business owner, but I can understand the desire to simplify a business or service, regardless of whether it's to scale up or to scale down to protect your time!
