90% of most functions are more efficient / powerful (mac), convenient (phone), or enjoyable (secondary display) with other devices.

Does anyone have any beloved use cases for their iPad? Haven’t been able to get mine to stick in my workflow

Woot? Such a good sidekick for a Mac. Just place it next to it and you can control the iPad with same mouse and keyboard you use to control your Mac. I often have to-do lists and notes there, or moodboars, or music.

Basically my every day everything machine (other than for more pro-type tasks) since launch day back in 2010. My most used device BY FAR. Internet browsing, RSS & social media, primary YouTube platform, shitpost and meme maker in photoshop, great for sketching out music ideas etc

Mostly I used as a notepad, I like writing more than typing, and I won’t lose my notes, so it’s perfect. Also it’s easy to sketch out some ideas. And yeah, watching or listening to something while working 😆

Drawing stuff w Concepts, reading on the books app, reading news. A bit of figjam usage w the pencil lately.

Making fonts 😊 but if I wasn’t doing that, I’m unsure 🥲
