JetPens will have tons of options (I draw w/Stabilo OHPens, which are p heavy). Maruman Mnemosyne is great, but I'm currently a fan of Midori MD. (note I only draw on one side, but no bleed through). Most Tomoe River paper probably works too (cuz it's for fountain pens).
