What do you think about the logos for a café named „Herzilein“? I'm still very unsure and also don't know if I like the color.

I like the first one for it’s minimalism. Color-wise I‘d try some less punchy bright colors, maybe tune the pink a little bit towards red or purple

And what if you try less obvious graphic proposals?  I am referring, for example, to cases like Starbucks that does not blend the coffee bean, Nike with its iconic swoosh, Apple with its bitten apple, etc.  And as for color, applying psychology and depending on...

the graphic symbol you can play to see which one suits you best, although there I would bet on the obvious range of brown colors plus some vibrant ones associated with food such as orange or apple green.
