Hey Molly, thanks a lot! Unfortunately, the time difference for US-based folks is a bit too big for us as we tend to collaborate in real time a lot when designing products together within the design team 😓.

Makes total sense! The Euro-to-US time difference definitely makes active collaboration a little hard.
