I don't know you, but I am not into rounded inputs...for important information. Is like they miss some formality or something, too playful. They also give me this perception of feeling out of place. Despite rounded buttons are more clickable if rounded. Does it happend to you?

I think it depends on use case and glad you pointed it out. depends on how this step plays into the overall feel of the website + people in the comments also made lots of good points. This example def could benefit from some spacing + visual hierarchy + type is inconsistent too
