Pretty simple : Created variants for each timstamp and switched to the respective variant on hover.

Have updated the design a bit, but the overall interaction is the same.

Interesting how would you handle mobile responsiveness for it?

Tried doing it for mobile but wasn’t possible for mobile. Used a scroll based animation for mobile
