Like, you've deformed it too much? I'm too fond of Swiss design for this to happen. Or you just stop seeing the word (happens all the time, but I just roll with it)? I do warn my clients to proof stuff closely because I'm unable to see typos (I've released logos misspelled).

I just stop seeing it - no deformation, but after checking 3-5 fonts the word has already lost all semantic meaning for me lol.

What do you all do when you’re working on some typography and the word stops looking like a word

Fun fact this is called “semantic satiation” and I have no advice for how to deal with it other than laugh at it and maybe take a break if you need it
