Does anyone here use Ghost CMS to host their website or blog? If not what CMS do you use?

I do. Recently migrated a side project (1984.design) to Ghost self hosted version, working on a DigitalOcean droplet. Fast, reliable with a smooth interface. Also has a proper documentation, and community around it.

The project's content structure required a sidebar navigation and a knowledge base—documentation theme was the right fit. As a designer, if I wanted to create something for myself, I had a personal website theme where I could publish my works, articles, etc. See Spotlight ↓
