When applying for jobs. Does anyone know why they make you upload your resume then proceed to ask you to fill it out again on their own site as well 🤬 Like I put hours and thoughts into this layout 😤

Then why ask me to upload 🫠 I just want them to pick one and stick to it. Why ask for both 😵‍💫
