100% this app has just the right amount of motivation without inflating all the reasons one should go all in on yet another health hack. I love what you’ve done essentially providing a simple timer and a record of said timers :) healthy mindset combined with fun UI.

Nice!! I also use it just to resist late night snacks. Feel like there's so much stigma around the term intermittent fasting.
