Curious - Anyone have experience leading their own “agency” of 1 vs freelancing with your own name/identity? Does it psychologically impact clients' decision to engage for your service at all? 🙏🏽

I basically did this… I was working with a developer friend, but he was a contractor and the business was mine. It worked well for getting new clients and I knew enough freelancers to scale based on the type of work I won, so it was a much better representation of the service.
