I've been looking for a simple Highlight extension for Safari for YEARS, and I found one — iCloud Sync, No Account, Multiple Colors & Private. https://apps.apple.com/es/app/highlighter-for-safari/id1385628859?l=en-GB

Fede still works without problems, because they have about a year or so without updating it, I had bought it along with others, but seeing no update I stopped using it.
