Does anyone have inclusivity “checks” baked into your design sprint process? Any tips on how to do this?

Very interested to see why others do. I try to always make sure that there is someone thinking about it during reviews. We also have to do accessibility checks, some of which are automated but we’re trying to figure out how to best handle what this can miss.
I also try to list out who our teams may not be thinking of when beginning discovery work.
