Hey, everyone, right now i'm searching for a new job. Could you share some advices on that topic, because it's seems like i'm doing something wrong :(

It feels like I'm not using the right channels. I'm applying in a traditional way through emails, and the wait, lack of personal connection, and inability to tell my story gives me the feeling that I'm doing it the wrong way.
