Does anybody know if Apple review team approves complex apps with multiple tabs without a tab bar?

Thanks Garret! A normal Apple style tab bar but It always takes up 10% of the screen. Seems unnecessary. I was thinking of some kind of swipe/gesture system to navigate would be cleaner. But I hate the review hassle every time so I wanted to make sure first.
