What's a great monitor arm for one heavy monitor that moves up and down, back and forth, and allows 90° rotation of the monitor to use it horizontally and vertically?

I want to be a part of an internet that's creative, kind, and really weird. Where people make things for the joy of it, and don't worry about monetizing hobbies or ideas. I want to connect with people and remind myself they're people, not content. Dot com goals.
