the best way to get a job you want in 2024 is actually through building personal brand. You can create demand for your unique skillset by proving credibility through content/work-shared. The alternative is to get lost in an endless sea of resumes.

Yeah I’m more or less saying use the third door. Applying at all kind of isn’t the move anymore. The new most effective way is to build a brand/following, engage with real people, then people offer you opportunities organically. This is a much longer approach but more successful
It also flips the leverage in negotiations. They came to you. Or they referred you. Your work is already on they’re inspo boards internally, etc.
