On March 22, 2023, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) General Counsel (GC) Jennifer Abruzzo issued a memorandum clarifying the Board’s February 2023 decision that nondisparagement and confidentiality provisions in severance agreements are unlawful. In the memorandum, the GC states that she interprets the decision to apply retroactively to agreements already signed and that claims would not be time-barred as long as an employer maintains or enforces such terms.

One of the nice things about this little place is how nice the discussions are so far. Birdsite was so full of hot air venom that you it was hard not to want to always sic your road rage onto someone, but it wasn't always like that. Curation is key to a good dinner party

Bluesky is not interesting at all. How do they think that’s an mvp?

I bought some of that ReMarkable whiteboard paint for my closet door and need to warn you all it is a HUGE PROJECT, not this quick easy thing like they make it seem. Basecoats, sanding, curing, re-sanding etc. Worth it, but not quick or easy.

Any idea how we get more invitations? I just offered to pull folks over from mastodon and my 5 went quickly. Would like to use the next 5 for friends. Thanks!
