I like that “where you work” isn’t an explicit part of your profile, even though people are adding it anyway. Makes it feel like your work is not your identity. I’m definitely guilty of making assumptions based on where people work. Was this intentional @andy?

Yeah definitely! Work experience is even optional on read.cv - you can have a great profile with just projects or whatever you feel best represents you
It can be either in my opinion! I’d rather people see my side projects than the stuff I’ve worked on at big companies so I choose to put that stuff first. Other people might choose to prioritize their work experience instead though - it’s all good either way 🤙
