After years of the same boring materials on iOS, I think it’s finally time for reeded glass navigation bars.
I'm not sure if there is a full fledged replacement, but there might be more niche tools for specific workflows (for instance rotato.app/). After Effects is the one tool where anytime I figure out how to do something I completely forget it by the next time I open the app.
We have some work to do to make tags more optimistic - right now you have to always tap the typeahead to get it to register as a mention which is silly.
Did they say they are going to allow for standby mode apps? It would be so fun to create something ambient for it 🌌
