I have mine set to toggle grayscale on/off when I triple-click the power button.

Switched my phone to grayscale to curb social media addiction. I'm now experiencing apps like someone with colorblindness might. Those 'boring' black & white app icons? Actually brilliant for accessibility - they pop with clear contrast when everything else is gray!

Black and white + beeper + app timers is the way! Almost not using any of my socials since I did the switch and I love it.

i've done this at time too and end up always going back, but I might revert once again it definitely works.

Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Sizes > Color Filters
