I do Figma stuff, but when I don't... This is one of the corsets I've made!

They do! It's based on a 1780s pattern of a stays of that era, so it molds the figure to achieve the silhouette of the period. It also has around 30~ steel bones to help the shape

Wow — lots of info I didn’t know, but also quite terrifying 😅 No offense, it looks like hard work but it just sounds very uncomfortable to wear!

They're actually quite comfortable as they just sit on your body, but you can make it tighter if you want. Contrary to what Netflix says, you can do almost anything with them!

No idea what Netflix says, just my impression 😅 I vaguely recall hearing women used to faint in the past from the tight corsets they were forced to wear? IDK though, I never did my research!

A corset or stays that are made to your size won't ever make you faint. It's just like a well fitted bra! But some did wear them to modify their figure and just like wearing very small shoes, it can harm your body. Look up Empress Sisi's waist if you're curious about it 👀

41 cm?! 🥴 Ah, but yeah, it makes sense! Interesting knowing more about this! My knowledge was / is very superficial.
