Just built an entire iOS app with Claude that I previously failed trying to build with GPT4. Claude actually feels like someone else is editing your code or writing it for you. Very impressive
Would love to hear more about this if you used a guide/article or just went for it. I'm a designer but looking to prototype an idea using code, with the eventual goal of getting an iOS/testflight app.
Just went for it haha. It helps to have a good understanding of native iOS elements like sheet modal, context menu, etc. to get the basic UI built while it does logic. Also don’t try and build the entire app in one prompt, break it down view by view
For sure, that makes sense. Just curious, how did you go about prompting it to link up your UI to a database/back end processes? I guess just describing the services youre using and what you want to achieve in your app?
Cool, thanks for the info. Ive been using GPT 4 to do basic javascript and css stuff but wanted to step it up a bit for a different project. Will give Claude a go
