Nota.md is a great note app that nobody talks about. It saves everything in plain text files / folders and is as fast as a native app. Although, apparently, it was written in PHP/laravel  😳

What kind of cultural works give you a sense of coziness regardless of the nostalgia? Some for me: Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, Moomin, Studio Ghibli films, lo-fi girl

This illustration is called Designer. I sketch it on Figma, do some drawing on Procreate, rearrange on Figma, and then finalize it on Procreate. Sometimes I use Figma in my illustration work because it's a place where I feel comfortable and can take a more analytical approach.

Do you already have an idea of what you will try to accomplish in 2024? If so, what is it?

I can see the issues pointed out in the ‘founders mode’, but he makes a good point: stigmas, pre-made processes, market formulas, and internal politics can drain a company’s core and vitality. The founder is key to preserving its DNA.

Be a traditionalist: consume the internet as in the old days. Long text-based articles, RSS feeds, lengthy videos, and social media that is about social (not ads). Reject reels when consuming media. Your attention span will be grateful; life will be a short bit easy.

Cosmos is such a well-crafted product 🤌 with a vibe that falls somewhere between Pinterest and Are.na. Unfortunately, the inability to export to local files is a deal-breaker for me :( I need to have ownership of my data. Services come and go, my references data not so much

I just tried using ChatGPT, Claude, Pi, and Dot as virtual assistants. None of them worked :( The best so far was Notion AI, but I guess that’s because of what I already have there
