Anyone discovered a tool to manage all the subscriptions a design business needs to operate?

Paddle is one of the reasons I need a tool. So many subs use paddle as a payment and there no way of knowing that the charge on your card is as it just says Paddle. But an app that records both the date it rolls o er, and exact amount would go a long way to uncover wtf the sub is

Never heard of them. Is that what they do?

Never used them personally but they are usually built on top of a payments system. I think paddle.com is one.

I use virtual cards (through Mercury) and create a unique debit card for each service/subscription with a set monthly limit.

That’s an interesting solution. I don’t quite understand how that works, or if my bank can do that.

We have a finance person manning the invoice email and keeping track but it’s a mess there too
