HEY META - Website Meta Tag Check

These past couple of weekends I've been working on a design refresh and rewritten Hey Meta in Svelte. 

The stats are up by 27% since last week, so I guess I did something right 😅

Svelte has so far been far more performant vs the old buggy Node.js implementation which crashed my Heroku server a few times a day lol 😂

The split frontend and backend parts make each of these is a bit more lightweight too.
